1. Log in to your account and select 'Request to Donate'.
2. Select the Rescue Vehicle Size you estimate will be required for your donation.
3. Keep the Recorded Lbs. Value based on the vehicle size or select the second option and enter custom estimated lbs. value if you have an accurate idea of how much the donation weighs.
4. Select the Food Types of the food that will be donated. Add any notes that are relevant for your Site Director to see about the rescue.
5. Select Schedule and set up when you'd like to donate food. This can be a one time donation, weekly, monthly, or every other week donation depending on how often you have food available to donate. Enter the time the rescuer should come pickup the food in the 'Pickup Window' section and then select Submit Donation Request. The calendar on the right-hand side of the screen will show when your donation(s) is requested to be scheduled.
If the donation you are trying to make is within 24 hours of the pickup window, please contact your Site Director or Site Coordinator by selecting the under lined hyperlink below the date field.
6. The Site Director will then approve, modify, or deny your donation request. Once there is an update on your donation you will receive a notification by either email or text (depending on your notification preferences) letting you know the status of your donation.
