Release a Rescue from a Single or Recurring rescue

Please note that if the pickup window has ended you will not be able to release a rescue, instead select ‘I couldn’t make it’.

Mobile

1. Select the 'My Rescues' tile.
2. In the 'Upcoming' section identify the rescue you want to release.
3. Select ‘Release Rescue’ next to the rescue you want to release, confirm the release selection in the pop up window, and the rescue will be released back to the schedule for another rescuer to claim.

Desktop

1. In the rescuer dashboard click ‘My Rescues’.
2. Identify the rescue you want to release.
3. Select the ‘Release Rescue’ box next to that rescue, confirm the release selection in the pop up window, and the rescue will be released back to the schedule for another rescuer to claim.
