Add the Web Based App to Your iPhone, iPad, or Android Device

  • For iPhones or iPads running the newer version of Safari.
    1. In the Safari web browser go to app.foodrescue.us on your mobile device.
    2. Click the three dots next to the URL at the bottom of the screen.

    3. Click the 'Share' button at the top of the pop up.

    4. Scroll down slightly and select 'Add to Home Screen'.

    5. Select Add on the next screen and the app will be added to your home screen.

  • For iPhones or iPads running the older version of Safari.
    1. In the Safari web browser go to app.foodrescue.us on your mobile device.
    2. Click the ‘Share’ button at the bottom of the screen.

    3. Scroll down and click the ‘Add to Home Screen’ button.

    4. Select ‘Add’ on the screen below and the mobile software will appear on your screen.

  • For Android Devices
     
    1. In the Google Chrome go to app.foodrescue.us on your mobile device.
    2. Click Sign Up/Login at the top of the screen.
    3. Tap the three dots (or similar menu icon) in the top right corner. 
    4. Tap ‘Add to Home Screen’. 
    5. Tap 'Install'.
