Release a Single Rescue from a Single, Recurring or Adopted rescue

Please note that if the pickup window has ended you will not be able to release a rescue, instead select ‘I couldn’t make it’.

1. Select the rescues tile.
2. Identify the rescue you want to release. The rescue will either be in the ‘My FRUS’ tab under ‘Today’s Rescues’ if it’s occurring today, the ‘Upcoming Rescues’ section if it’s one of your five next rescues, or the ‘My Rescues’ tab where you can view all of your rescues.
3. Select ‘Release Rescue’ next to the rescue you want to release and the rescue will be released back to the schedule for another rescuer to claim.

• There are two ways to release a rescue:
  
  
  1. In the rescuer dashboard click ‘My FRUS’
  2. Scroll down until you reach ‘Today’s Rescues’ or ‘Upcoming Rescues’ and identify the rescue you want to release.
  3. Select the ‘Release Rescue’ box next to the rescue and the rescue will be released back to the schedule for another rescuer to claim.
     
     
  1. In the rescuer dashboard click ‘My Rescues’.
  2. Identify the rescue you want to release.
  3. Select the ‘Release Rescue’ box next to that rescue and the rescue will be released back to the schedule for another rescuer to claim.
